Alexander William Boyd is a time-served stonemason, conservator & sculptor from the South West of England.

Trained at Wells Cathedral Stonemasons at the age of 16, on completion of his apprenticeship and after winning several regional & national competitions - he took his craft overseas to work on some of Canada’s most prestigious heritage buildings; Parliament Hill (Ottawa, ON), Province House (Charlottetown, PEI), Saskatchewan Legislature, (Regina, SK) and Historic City Hall (Calgary, AB).

Now residing in Calgary, Alexander focuses on made-to-order sculptures and local heritage projects. Drawing from his knowledge and experience, he provides guidance, education and consulting.
